Bean back at Saints after successful spell with Glasgow

But the 6ft 6in lock will go back to Glasgow Warriors later this month for the club’s PRO14 games against Edinburgh and Benetton.

Bean has been on a short-term loan deal with the Warriors since the start of November and has enjoyed plenty of game time.

The 28-year-old has so far made four appearances for Glasgow, starting in three of those matches.

His debut came in the clash with Ulster on November 9.

Bean has racked up 15 Saints appearances to date and will return to the Gardens to compete with the likes of David Ribbans and Api Ratuniyarawa for starts in the next couple of weeks.
