Myler misses out again as Saints make three changes for Leicester derby date

Stephen Myler has been ruled out of Saturday’s east midlands derby against Leicester Tigers at Franklin’s Gardens.

The fly-half has missed the club’s past two games with a hamstring problem, and he has not recovered in time to take on Leicester.

That means Will Hooley will continue at number 10, and he will be partnered in the half-backs by Kahn Fotuali’i, who comes into the team in place of Lee Dickson.

That is one of three changes that director of rugby Jim Mallinder has made from the team which lost 19-6 at Sale Sharks last Saturday.

Also getting recalls are George Pisi, who comes in at outside centre, and Phil Dowson, who will play in the back row, with Tom Wood switching to play at No.8.
