Daniel Keatings has won a second silver medal of the Commonwealth Games.
The Corby gymnast finished behind England’s Max Whitlock in the individual all-around event to accompany the second place he achieved with Scotland in the team event.
Whitlock was in inspired form to close the competition out well clear of his rivals.
His total of 90.641 had him comfortably ahead of Keatings (88.298) with England’s Nile Wilson (87.965) in third.
The chance of medals does not end there for Keatings, though.
The individual apparatus events start tomorrow with the Corby man having qualified for the finals of the pommel horse, floor and high bar.
