The freezing temperatures and presence of snow have led to most of the weekend’s UCL fixtures being postponed.

The entire Premier Division programme has been wiped out with only a couple of first division games and a few cup matches still on.

It is the same story in the Northants Combination with only a handful of encounters remaining - although it is unlikely many of those survive.

In the other local football, all games on Corby and Kettering Council pitches have already been postponed while four matches due to take place on Wellingborough Council pitches are also off.

All small-sided games in the Kettering Weetabix Youth League have also been cancelled.
