Diamonds are now unbeaten in their last five matches and have lost just one of their last 10 Evo-Stik South League East matches. All the goals came in the second half with Richard Bunting breaking the deadlock with a fine volley before further goals from Ben Farrell, Sam Brown and Ben Diamond wrapped up another victory.Diamonds sit in third place, a point behind Cambridge City and five off unbeaten leaders Moneyfields. And boss Peaks said: “We are in a good place and we have a lot of momentum.“I thought we played well in the first half and we had our chances but we were conscious of their threat on the counter-attack.“So the message at half-time was just to keep doing what we were doing and that’s what the lads did.“They kept doing the same things, they defended well when they had to and the rewards came.“I am really happy with where we are.“We have a good group here and it’s tough to keep them all happy but I have been able to rotate things and we have still been picking up points.“I have said all along that if we do the right things then we are capable of winning plenty of games and it’s nice to be in a good run of form at the moment.”Peaks was pleased to see his players remain patient as they looked for the opening goal and he was delighted with the way it came as Bunting scored what the manager believes was his first home goal for the club.“It was important that we didn’t get impatient,” he added.“I just wanted them to stick at it and I knew a goal would come.“It took a great strike to get us in front.“I think that is the first goal Bunts has ever scored in a home game for us, which is remarkable really but it was a great goal and it really set us up for the rest of the game.”
