The local ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League teams will be hoping the cold snap eases as they look to get back into action during another busy midweek.

In the Premier Division, Stewarts & Lloyds will be looking to continue their bid for survival when they host Boston Town at Occupation Road tonight (Tuesday).

Irchester United are destined for the drop to Division One but they could do local rivals S&L and Wellingborough Town a favour by beating fellow strugglers Harborough Town at Alfred Street this evening.

In Division One itself, it is another big night for AFC Rushden & Diamonds who could move to the top of the table, for 24 hours at least, if they are successful against Rothwell Corinthians at the Dog & Duck.

Rock-bottom Burton Park Wanderers have a tough trip in prospect as they head to high-flying Oadby Town while Thrapston Town travel to Northampton Spencer.

Rushden & Higham United are at Bugbrooke tomorrow (Wednesday) night and Whitworth are also due to be in action as they make the trip to Wootton Blue Cross.
