Kettering Town will take on Peterborough Sports in the quarter-finals of the NFA Hillier Senior Cup.
The draw for the last eight was made following the completion of the first round this week, in which the Poppies gained revenge for their defeat in last season’s final by knocking out holders AFC Rushden & Diamonds 3-2 at Latimer Park.
And they will have home advantage again when they entertain the current leaders of the ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division.
Corby Town will also face UCL opposition in the quarter-finals after they were handed a trip to current Premier Division bottom markers Cogenhoe United.
The Steelmen eased through on Wednesday night as they claimed their first win of the season with a 5-0 success over Peterborough Northern Star.
Wellingborough Town’s reward for their 4-3 victory at ON Chenecks on Wednesday is a tough trip to take on National League North side Brackley Town.
And Desborough Town will entertain Sileby Rangers in an all-UCL clash at the Waterworks Field, having dispatched Brackley Town Saints 4-0 on Wednesday.
The date for the quarter-finals to be played on is still to be confirmed.
