Corby Town have completed the signing of central defender Oneil Odofin.
The 20-year-old centre-half arrives at Steel Park from Torquay United, where he signed a one-year contract in May last year after spending time as an academy scholar.
The 6ft 5ins defender spend time on loan at Bideford and Billericay Town last season and also earned himself a trial at last season’s Sky Bet Championship champions Burnley.
Odofin becomes the latest new arrival as Steelmen boss Tommy Wright closes in on completing his squad for the forthcoming Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division campaign.
And Wright said: “I am absolutely delighted to welcome Oneil to the football club.
“He was close to securing a move to Burnley in January and clearly has great potential.
“I have spoken in depth with Aman Verma about him, as well as FA registered intermediary Jon Herrador.
“He is a player that I am really excited to have secured on a one-year deal and I look forward to helping him to continue his development at Steel Park.”
