Corby Town have continued their busy start to the summer by securing three more players for next season.

Youngster Jordon Crawford, who burst on to the scene during the last campaign, has agreed to stay on at Steel Park as the Steelmen prepare for life in the Evo-Stik Northern League Division One South.

And David Bell has moved to bring in two more new signings.

Midfielder Conor Marshall, who was with King’s Lynn Town during last season although he missed a large chunk of it due to a serious knee injury, has agreed to sign for Corby.

And joining him will be 26-year-old striker Grant Ryan who had spells at Grantham Town and Stamford during last season.

New boss Bell has been active in the transfer market and he is pleased to keep the moves going.

“Jordon has agreed to stay and that is a big positive for us because he was very good last season and he is very popular with the fans,” the Steelmen manager said.

“Conor and Grant have also agreed to sign for us and they will be two good additions to the squad.

“I am really pleased with how things are going. It’s unusual that in part-time football, I am already in a position where I virtually have a starting 11 already in place.

“And there will hopefully be more happening over the next week or so.”

The Evo-Stik Northern League, meanwhile, have confirmed that the fixtures for next season are due to be released on Thursday, July 13.
