Poppies’ trip to the leaders is called off

Kettering Town’s Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division clash at Leamington tonight (Tuesday) has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

With areas of Leamington’s ground still frozen after last night, an inspection was arranged for 3pm and the match was called off.

The match is now set to be played on Tuesday, January 10 subejct to ratification from the league and the Poppies return to action on Saturday when they take on bottom side Cinderford Town at Latimer Park.
