Clark and Dickson available for Saints’ game against Exeter

Calum Clark and Lee Dickson have been released by England and will be available for Saints’ clash with Exeter Chiefs on Friday night.

Clark and Dickson endured the disappointment of missing out on a place in the squad for the defeat to New Zealand last Saturday.

Instead, they proceeded to grab a try apiece in Saints’ 24-7 LV= Cup success at Scarlets on the previous evening.

And they will again be eager to prove a point for their club when the Chiefs head to Franklin’s Gardens in the Aviva Premiership this week.

Courtney Lawes, Dylan Hartley and Tom Wood will not be available as they have been retained by England ahead of Saturday’s meeting with South Africa.

However, all three are slight doubts for the game, with Lawes and Hartley taking blows to the head in the All Blacks encounter and Wood missing training on Tuesday due to soreness.
