Spaces are available on two courses for young people looking to boost their job prospects.
Youthworks CIC, which is based at the Connaughty Centre in Corby, is running the What’s Next course for 19 to 25 year olds, and the Brighter Futures course for 16 to 19 year olds.
What’s Next is an employability and personal development course which leads to a City and Guilds qualification.
It is a total of 60 hours’ study and starts on Monday, July 9, for two weeks.
Brighter Futures is a funded programme for young people not in employment, education or training
It is a rolling programme and can take new recruits at any time. Times are between 9.30am and 3.30pm from Tuesdays to Thursdays and hours can be tailored to individual needs.
There is an incentive of £25 awarded on the completion of four weeks and a further £25 on completion of eight weeks.
