Midland Road, Wellingborough. Age: 43

On 09/09/2018 in Rushden assaulted a male, and the offence was racially aggravated; with intent to cause a male harassment, alarm or distress used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated.

Plea: Guilty. To have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, pay compensation of £150, surcharge to fund victim services of £85, costs of £85.

Brian Bobo

Regency Court, Rushden. Age: 33

On 12/08/2018 drove a motor vehicle in Masefield Close, Rushden, while banned from driving; without insurance; on 13/09/2018 failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Northampton Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail.

Plea: Guilty. To carry out unpaid work for 200 hours, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, costs of £85, banned from driving for 12 months, fined £506.

Paul John Bartlett

Laywood Way, Irthlingborough. Age: 43

On 30/08/2018 drove a motor vehicle in Addington Road, Irthlingborough, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 53mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit; without insurance.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £240, surcharge to fund victim services of £30, costs of £85, banned from driving for 15 months.

Cameron Willam Roger Campbell

Culross Walk, Corby. Age: 19

On 11/09/2018 in Corby, sent to a female text messages and conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom you intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for eight weeks suspended for 24 months, restraining order prohibits defendant from contacting victim and another named person directly or indirectly. This order lasts until 12/09/2020. To pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115, costs of £85.

Lee Andrew Smith

Cantle Close, Corby. Age: 29

On 28/06/2018 in Kettering failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation, when suspected of having driven a vehicle.

Plea: Guilty. Fined £500, surcharge to fund victim services of £50, costs of £300, banned from driving for 36 months.

James Sartain

No fixed address. Age: 33

On 13/08/2018 stole a Breville Sandwich Maker and a Breville Blender, to the value of £65, from Sainsbury’s, Kettering; on 30/08/2018 failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Northamptonshire Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail; on 19/08/2018 having entered as a trespasser a building, namely Praise Community Centre, Alexandra Street, Kettering, stole a printer and recording device; on 26/07/2018 stole sunglasses, to the value of £300, from Boots, Kettering; on 30/07/2018 stole sunglasses, to the value of £450, fro Boots, Kettering.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 24 weeks.

Terry James Roe

Kent Road, Wellingborough. Age: 33

On 22/06/2018 without lawful excuse, damaged a security scanner to the value of £2,000 at Asda, Northampton, intending to destroy or damage it or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged; used towards a male threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent to cause that person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him or whereby that person was likely to believe such violence would be used, or it was likely such violence would be provoked and the offence was racially aggravated; on 26/07/2018 failed without reasonable cause to surrender at Northamptonshire Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail.

Plea: Guilty. To carry out unpaid work for 70 hours, pay compensation of £250, surcharge to fund victim services of £85, compensation of £100.

Dean Shane Phillip Smith

Skipton Close, Corby. Age: 36

On 15/08/2018 at Northamptonshire had in your possession a quantity of cannabis.

Plea: Guilty. Jailed for 17 weeks, to pay compensation of £115.
