Wellingborough woman charged with persistently begging for money

A Wellingborough woman is to appear before court tomorrow (Thursday) charged with an offence of begging under the Vagrancy Act.

The alleged offences were reported across Wellingborough, including the town centre, Castlefields retail park and the train station.

Hynds is set to appear at Northampton Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
