Wellingborough Homes has been announced as one of the top 50 landlords in the country.
The firm was at 26 in the 2016 24housing magazine’s Top 50 landlord’s listing out of 1,174 housing associations across the country.
Their plans include building at least 500 homes over the next five years with a set of new values have also been developed through staff engagement and implemented across the organisation.

The success of the organisation is also reflected in its recent STAR (Survey of Tenants and Residents) survey results with overall customer satisfaction rates standing at an excellent 91 per cent.
Satisfaction with rent providing value for money has increased from 83 per cent to 87 per cent along with overall quality of homes rising to 89 per cent.
Customers have also rated satisfaction with the advice and support provided when moving home up from 67 per cent to 70 per cent and new tenants have rated satisfaction with the advice and support provided at 78 per cent - an increase of five percentage points.
Wellingborough Homes is also a peer leader in terms of repairs completed at first visit and has one of the lowest percentages of lost rental income from voids.
