It’s going to be a cooler and fresher weekend.
Northants meteorologist Paul Barber from Forecasts4u has provided this forecast exclusively for the Northants Telegraph.
Saturday: A cloudy start with a little rain in places but it will turn brighter from the west during the morning with much of the region seeing a bright and breezy afternoon with sunny spells and just the smallest risk of a shower.
It will be much cooler than recently with maximum temperatures in the range of 11°C to 13°C and the moderate to fresh westerly wind will add to the fresher feel.
Sunday: It will be a dry and chilly start to the day but there will be some sunshine around.
However cloud will tend to increase as we go through the day with a risk of some showery rain moving in later in the afternoon.
It will be slightly milder again with highs of 14°C to 16°C but a brisk south-westerly wind will pick up.
