Walkers and their dogs wore yellow to promote the work of a charity which helps people with spina bifida and hydrocephalus.
The event was organised by Sharon Lapsley, regional support and development worker for the organisation Shine, to mark the charity’s awareness week, from October 26 to October 19.
Sharon, of Weldon, said: “We had many people take part in Wear Yellow and Shine events. There were school mufti days, where everyone wore yellow, and sales of yellow cakes.
“In Weldon we had a dog walk with lots of participants, two and four-legged, and everyone had fun.”
