Wellingborough youngsters Kymberley and Alexander Ellson raised more than £260 for a charity which supports children with a rare form of cancer by taking part in the Waendel Walk.
It’s the third year running that the siblings have participated in the popular event to raise money for Chelsea’s Angels.
They walked six miles in their pyjamas yesterday, Saturday, May 11.
They said: “In the last two years we have raised over £500, which is amazing. Every penny will be used to help children and families of children with this awful disease. We cannot thank everyone enough for helping.”
So far this year they’ve raised £260, but with some sponsor money still to collect they expect their final tally to be greater.
