The wait is nearly over for the first phase of Rushden Lakes to open - and this video shows what people can expect when they visit.
The virtual tour of the multi-million pound retail and leisure scheme shows many of the high street names which will soon be welcoming shoppers through their doors.
House of Fraser, M&S, Primark, River Island and Boots are just a handful of the well-known shops on the way.
This video by HPW Architecture also shows the lakeside area, where a number of restaurants will be, as well as the new wildlife visitor centre which will be run by the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.
The first phase of Rushden Lakes is set to open this summer, with work on the second phase including a 14-screen cinema likely to start later in the year.
And with the first units due to open in July, a jobs fair is taking place next week.
The Recruit Rushden Lakes programme has been designed to help people from the area find work at the site just off the A45 at Rushden.
As part of this, a jobs and skills fair is being held at the Pemberton Centre in Rushden from 10am to 4pm on Friday, May 26.
The free event will bring employers, job-seekers and employment support services together under one roof.
People from the area are being encouraged to attend and register their interest, meet prospective employers in person, and access skills workshops or advice sessions hosted by Jobcentre Plus.
