It’s nearly time for the 54th Kettering Gang Show.
Rehearsals have been taking place since May and organisers say they are now putting the finishing touches to the production.
Event chairman Chris Curchin said: “Nearly 100 Brownies, Cubs, Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Guides and leaders are eagerly waiting to entertain the Kettering public, with a topical mixture of songs, sketches, dance and comedy items both old and new.
“The show, which follows the traditional ‘Gang Show’ variety format, is being billed as ‘The ultimate in family entertainment’ and is widely accredited as being one of the best in the country, with visitors attending from as far away as Aberdeen.
“There really is something for everyone in the show this year.”
The performances take place at the Lighthouse Theatre, Kettering, between Wednesday, November 20, and Saturday, November 23, and start at 7.15pm. There is also a 2.15pm matinee show on the Saturday.
Tickets are £9 (concessions £8) on 01536 414141.
