Two men and two teenagers charged in connection with Kettering Co-op robberies

Four people have been charged in connection with two Co-op robberies that took place on Saturday (8 October) in Stamford Road and Hallwood Road, Kettering.

Lee Frederick Cole, formerly of Allen Road, Rushden, and Bret Stuart Trevor, of Judith Road, Kettering, both aged 25, were arrested on Saturday and charged with two counts of robbery.

They appeared before Northampton Magistrates Court on Monday and have been remanded into custody.

Two 16-year-old boys were also arrested, one charged with two counts of robbery and the other boy charged with one count of robbery.

They also appeared at Northampton Magistrates’ Court and have been released on bail.

All four are next set to appear at Northampton Crown Court on Tuesday, November 2.

Northamptonshire CID, who are investigating the robberies, are asking for anyone with any information to contact them.
