Tresham College of Further and Higher Education is looking to respond to an increased need for skills training in the construction industry.
The aim is to improve links with employers across Northamptonshire and increase the number of apprenticeships available for young people to start their career in a growing industry.
The Construction Industry Training Board has predicted an increase of more than 15,000 jobs within the construction industry in the East Midlands over the next four years resulting in a rise in demand for a skilled workforce.
Tresham is holding a series of Apprenticeship Open Days.
They include sessions at the Windmill Avenue campus in Kettering from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday, February 26, and from 10am until 1pm on Saturday, February 28.
