The worst accident hot-spots on Northants roads in the north of the county have been revealed by data from the Department for Transport.
In just five years between January 2014 to December 2018 there were 647 accidents causing casualties on the 10 worst roads in Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and East Northants.The A509 in Wellingborough was the worst, with 91 casualty-causing accidents over that time period. 1. Wellingborough A509

2. Kettering A43
The second worst road in the county is the A43 through Kettering. There has been 78 collisions causing casualties between 2014 and 2018. The road runs from Corby to Kettering and on to Northampton. Photo: Alison Bagley
