Biker, 76, badly injured in Chelveston crash

A 76-year-old motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after being involved in a crash with a car.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the serious collision which took place at about 2.40pm on Friday (May 3) in Raunds Road, Chelveston.

A police spokesman said: “For reasons yet unknown, a red Yamaha Virago motorcycle and silver Kia Sedona were in collision.

“They were both travelling towards Chelveston.

“As a result the rider of the motorcycle, a 76-year-old man, sustained serious injuries.”
