RUSHDEN-based Freemans Transport has pledged its support for The Andi Bull Cancer Trust by displaying the charity’s logo on its trucks.
Andi Bull, from Wellingborough, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in September 2006. He set up his charity before his death in November 2010.
Since then the trust has raised more than £35,000 to support young people with cancer. Funds have been used to provide hospitals with televisions, DVD players, DVD libraries, digital TV reception and internet access. Patients have also received personal equipment such as laptops.
Freemans Transport, which has been operating for 20 years, has been supporting the trust since January.
A spokesman for the company said: “Freemans is proud to support The Andi Bull Cancer Trust. The trust logo is now displayed on all of the trucks in order to promote awareness of the trust nationwide on a daily basis.
Director Paul Freeman added: “I am delighted that we can support the trust and promote such a worthwhile cause and hopefully spread the word a lot further.”
