Drivers face six nights of road closures on the A45 near Rushden Lakes.
Work is ongoing to provide access to the multi-million pound retail and leisure scheme as well as make road improvements in the area.
As part of this work, there will be a full closure of the A45 westbound carriageway near the Rushden Lakes site for six nights next week.
The first closure is on Monday (February 20), with the closures being in operation from 10pm each night until 6am the next day.
The closures will then take place every night until the final closure on Saturday (February 25), which will see the road re-opening at 6am on Sunday (February 26).
Interserve has issued a traffic management bulletin to make motorists aware of the closures, with traffic being diverted via the A6, A510 and A509 while this stretch of the road is closed.
The closures are part of ongoing work to provide access to the new Rushden Lakes retail and leisure development, which is due to open in July.
Road improvements include an upgrade of the A45 roundabout at Rushden Lakes, complete reconstruction of the development access road and an upgrade of A5001 Crown Way and B645 Northampton Road to provide additional capacity.
