Three charged with Irthlingborough murder

Three people have appeared in court charged with the murder of Glenn Clary in Irthlingborough.

Mr Clary, 60, of Garden Field Close, was discovered dead at a house in Crouch Road, Irthlingborough, on Sunday, August 26.

John James York, 22, from Crouch Road, Irthlingborough, Gary Monaghan, 64, also of Crouch Road, and Jennifer Louise Ryan, 46, of Baker Street, Irthlingborough, are all charged with murder.

York, Ryan and Neil Adams, 28, of Thomas Flawn Road, Irthlingborough, also face further charges of grievous bodily harm and false imprisonment in connection with the serious injury of a man in Irthlingborough on Saturday, August 18.

York is also charged with robbery.

All four appeared at Northampton Crown Court on Monday (September 3). Their case is likely to be heard at Birmingham or Leicester Crown Court early next year.

They will next appear before a court on December 20 for a plea and case management hearing.
