The owners of a coffee shop in Thrapston which suffered a break-in on Sunday have thanked kind customers who have flooded them with messages of support and even bunches of flowers.
Clare Nunley and Toni Faulkner opened The Coffee Trees in High Street last May.
On Sunday evening the front door was smashed and the till, which contained about £50, was stolen.
Clare said: “Our customers have been truly amazing. We have had flowers and messages of support. People have been popping in to wish us well.”
Clare and Toni had been friends for 30 years before setting up the business.
