A 15-year-old boy was mugged for his mobile phone while walking along Regent Street, Kettering, with his sister.

A large group of youths were congregated near the junction of Bath Road when one young man left the group and approached the boy and his sister demanding his mobile phone. When the victim refused to hand his phone over, the offender pushed him and took his phone from his pocket. The victim was then punched in the face before the offender walked back towards the group.

The offender is described to be a white man, around 18 years old, 5ft 7ins tall and of a slim build. He was wearing a dark hooded top with the hood up and a bandana across the lower part of his face.
