The Tour Ride Northamptonshire is set to start at Delapre Abbey and offer riders a choice of a 40 or 80-mile route around the county. Along the way there will be mechanical support, feed stations and the chance to ride under the same Aviva Women’s Tour finish gantry as the Northamptonshire stage winner.

The 80-mile route will swoop through Daventry, Naseby and Kelmarsh before looping back via Brixworth and Spratton on roads used by previous editions of the tour.

The 40-mile route heads as far as Daventry, before heading back to the finish at Delapre Abbey.

In addition a 10-mile fun ride is set for the same day with a refreshment stop and Sports Taster Zone in Upton Park at the halfway point.
