Physical copies are available in Corby’s five surgeries and an online version can be found here.

The survey follows the publication of Northamptonshire’s Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) in December last year.

This five-year forward looking plan contains the new vision for a joining of health and social care in the county.

All NHS organisations, the county council and voluntary sectors are planning a major partnership in recognition that we can only address big challenges facing the local care system together.

The CCG is running workshops in Corby as part of a programme of activity to help the public understand how the local NHS might need to change.

The workshops will take place in Corby Council’s Council Chamber on the following dates:

Thursday, March 2, from 9.30am to 12.30pm

Monday, March 6, from 6pm to 9pm.

Attendance is by invitation only to regulate numbers and ensure a good mix of people.

However, anyone who is interested in attending can enquire about spare places by emailing [email protected] or calling 01509 853149.

The workshops will only go ahead if there are suitable numbers.
