A SHOP owner has been left almost £400 out of pocket after being prosecuted for flytipping.

Daruisz Czech, the owner of Pysio, in High Street, Corby, has been ordered to pay costs of £383 after pleading guilty to a charge of failing to dispose of trade waste responsibly.

Mr Czech, 43, of Barth Close, Corby was successfully prosecuted by Corby Council, and was also given a conditional discharge for 12 months at Corby Magistrates Court.

The case was brought against Mr Czech after council officers found flytipping which contained evidence leading them back to the shop on five occasions in a two-week period.
