Businesses in Kettering’s Sheep Street teamed up and got into the festive spirit last Thursday (December 18) by all dressing as Father Christmas to support Cransley Hospice.
More than a dozen traders, including staff from Bladez, Kafe Bloc, Karen West Hair Design, Venutti and Wilson Langley Estate Agents took part.
They were rallied by Simon Wilson, of Wilson Langley, who opened his business about six months ago.
He said: “I’ve always supported charities and took part in the Cransley 10k earlier this year. Everyone in Sheep Street was really happy to take part and didn’t need any convincing.”
Kafe Bloc also served mulled wine and mince pies to passers-by.
A total of about £1,000 was raised for the hospice.
