Rushden to feature in BBC antiques show

With a starting fund of £200 each, five pairs of experts set off on a scenic trip through the British countryside, driving an array of classic cars as they seek out hidden gems in antique shops and stop off to visit local historic and cultural sites.

In the final week of the series (February 1-5) antique hunters Charlie Ross and James Braxton visit the town, as well as heading to Boston, Fakenham, Stamford, St Ives, Shenton, Bourne End, St Albans and Cobham.

Viewer favourites Charles Hanson, Margie Cooper, Catherine Southon, Paul Laidlaw, Anita Manning, Philip Serrell, Christina Trevanion and Thomas Plant also feature in the new series.

Antiques Road Trip has been hugely popular with BBC audiences, attracting audiences of more than 3 million viewers and screens a 4.30pm on weekdays on BBC One.
