Road victim is named

The 18-year-old man who became the 23rd person to die on the county’s roads this year has been named.

Liam Benjamin Treacy, from the Bicester area, died as a result of a road traffic collision on the B4031 near the Barley Mow roundabout in the south of the county.

Police would still like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision which took place on Tuesday 17 July, at around 10.40am.
