The first of this year’s series of Sunday teas at King’s Cliffe is this weekend.
The monthly village hall tea runs from 2pm to 4.30pm and will continue on the third Sunday of each month through to July.
Go along for a pot of tea or coffee and home-made cakes and scones, or a toasted tea cake. Home-made preserves will be on sale and there is a book corner.
Access to the village hall is via the Eagle Lane footpath beside the Costcutter and Post Office in West Street.
The money raised by the monthly teas is used to help maintain and improve the village hall.
