Public urged to give views on services

A healthcare watchdog is calling for people in Northamptonshire to tell them what they think of the services provided in the county.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) will be carrying out an inspection into Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust early next year. The trust provides community and mental health services in hospitals, clinics and in people’s homes.

Commission inspectors will be visiting the county in February. Anyone who wants to comment on services provided in the county can visit, email or call 03000 616161.

Angela Hillery, chief executive at NHFT, said: “We look forward to welcoming the CQC to visit our services and see this as a great opportunity to showcase the quality care we are passionate about providing for our patients, carers and service users.

“We are dedicated to listening, responding and acting on any feedback we receive,” she added.
