Popular Kettering pub could re-open in the summer
The Watercress Harry pub in Market Street is currently closed but has been taken on by operator Amber Taverns.
Amber Taverns operations director Gary Roberts told the Northants Telegraph it is hoped the pub will open in August or September under the name The Stitching Pony.

“There will be good wines and craft ales with a contemporary feel about the place.
“We want to call it The Stitching Pony in respect of the town’s leather trade.
“We’re hoping to open in August or September subject to licensing and we will start recruiting soon.”

The pub would be open from 9am to 1am every day and would create three or four full-time and between 15 and 20 part-time jobs.
