Police called to reports of man with pistol in Wellingborough
Firearms officers were deployed to an area of Wellingborough after reports of a man armed with a pistol.
Police received reports of a man entering an address in Paling Close armed with the gun at about 2.45pm on Saturday (September 15).
Firearms officers attended the scene but no offences were identified or weapons located.
Police took no further action and a cordon was lifted later that afternoon.
