Police appeal after stables broken into in village near Kettering

Thieves stole electrical items after breaking into five stables in a village near Kettering.

The stables were broken into at a property in Main Street, Loddington, at some point between 6pm on Thursday, January 21, and 7am on Friday, January 22.

Offenders cut the padlocks on the stable doors and stole electrical items and garden equipment from within.

An attempted burglary also took place at a neighbouring property but the offenders failed to remove the padlock from a storage container.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed anyone acting suspiciously in the Loddington area last Thursday.
