People are being invited to have their say on plans for 350 houses on the edge of Kettering.

Carter Jonas is holding a public exhibition to show residents proposals for up to 350 homes, public open space and associated works on land between Gipsy Lane and the A14.

The site is north of the Westhill development site which is already under construction.

A letter sent out to residents states: “We are at a relatively early stage in the process, and wish to consult local residents about the scheme.”

A drop-in exhibition is being held next week so people can see the plans and give feedback to the developers.

Specialist consultants will be at the event to explain the plans and answer any questions people have.

Views and comments made at the exhibition will be considered before the plans are finalised and an outline planning application is submitted.

The exhibition is taking place at Wren Spinney School in Westover Road, Kettering, from 4pm until 8pm on Friday, March 6, and 10am to 2pm on Saturday, March 7.
