A Kettering-based cheerleading squad bagged a hat-trick of titles at the weekend.

Their most recent efforts saw their three squads - Level 3 Diamond Elite, Level 2 Nemesis and debutants international Level 1 Force - all come out on top at an event in Crawley.

Force were also crowned grand champions for receiving the highest score of the competition with zero deductions.

The successes come after a double title in Milton Keynes the weekend before after the Level 2 Nemesis and Level 3 Stunt team picked up first-place trophies.

And that was after they started the season as they meant to go on in November in Bolton when the Level 3 Diamond Elite squad won their division.

Sonia Gilder from the club said: "On the back of our success our athletes will now continue training before heading to our second international competition in Barcelona.

"TCA Cheer and Tumble will be holding our mid season intake in February for those aged 4+.
