Tonne of waste collected from stretch of the A14 in East Northants
The rubbish was collected earlier this week
A tonne of waste has been collected from a mile-long stretch of the A14 in East Northants.
The waste team from East Northants Council was out on Tuesday and Wednesday this week, working on three slip roads and exits/entrances.
They collected rubbish littering the roadside at Junction 13 of the A14 at Thrapston.
A spokesman for the council said approximately a tonne of waste was collected.
