Open every weekend from 11am until 4pm until Sunday, December 22, visitors to the post office will receive special guidance from the elves on how to create the perfect Christmas letter, and once delivered, little ones will also receive a personalised reply from Father Christmas himself.

These can be collected from his post office the following weekend.

The last day to post letters and receive a reply is Sunday, December 15.

Shoppers to Rushden Lakes should also be on the lookout for the elf on the loose who, from Sunday, November 24, will be wandering throughout the site every weekend until December 22, delivering acts of kindness to unsuspecting visitors.
