Aga said: "It's absolutely amazing, I came across the link to the competition and thought, why not? I had literally submitted 10 pictures on the last day and I was lucky enough to be picked."

Portrait of Britian is a national photograph exhibition run by the British Journal of Photography and advertisers JCDecaux. Photographers of any level can submit portraits that show the many faces of Britain to share their stories.

Aga is a professional photographer and said she has been taking photos of Florence her whole life. She took her winning photo, 'Yellow', last year when Florence was five.

Aga said: "I decided to embrace some colours, black and white is usually my first choice. I wanted the same colour in the background and foreground and just her. I bought this jumper and putting it on her, it went like this and I thought this looks nice.

"She said she was going to look over there. She comes up with all her positions, she's done it since she was two-and-a-half years old."

Aga said she found out she had won almost a month before Portrait of Britain announced it publicly, so she had to keep it a secret for a long time.

She said: "I couldn't say anything, I only told my husband. It was very hard not to share it

"When I told Florence, she was overwhelmed. She feels so happy and so proud of herself."

Aga said: "The most amazing part is me and her did it together just for the two of us."

The Burton Latimer photographer is also loving seeing her work shared elsewhere after being featured as one of the Portraits of Britian.

Aga is a professional photographer who has done weddings, parties, christenings and other events, but she loves taking family portraits and wants to focus on portraiture going forward.
