OVER 50s can get advice and information about local services at the same time as being taught the basics of Wii games and enjoying a relaxing massage at an event in Wellingborough next week.
Later Life Matters is a day-long event which is being organised by Wellingborough Council and Nene Valley Community Action.
The event will take place from 10am to 4pm on Thursday at The Castle theatre.
The day will include talks on a range of health-related issues as well as information on topics such as benefit entitlements and tips on how to stay fit and healthy.
Volunteers will also be on hand to show participants how to get to grips with technology such the internet, mobile phones and games consoles, and there will be entertainment and therapy treatments running throughout the day.
