Soldiers from Earls Barton who lost their lives during the first and second World Wars were remembered at an open morning event held to showcase the village war memorial project.
The 98 soldiers names on the Earls Barton war memorial are all being researched for the project.
The Earls Barton Museum Trust and the village’s history society are involved with running the scheme, and organisers plan to release a book about it in November 2014.
Iona Flanagan, from the war memorial project, said: “We held the open morning for people to look at the information we already have. We want to find out as much information as possible about the people on the memorial.”
