Earls Barton’s ‘Dr. Fright’s’ has been shortlisted by Tripadvisor’s rental giants, as one of the final 13 competitors in the country to be named the UK’s premier Halloween attraction.

The ‘CineMassacre’ crowd-pleaser invites thrill-seekers to step inside their favourite scary movies and explore five new scare mazes, which are inspired by four decades of horror cinema.

Saskia Welman, spokesperson for, said: “Dr. Fright’s Halloween Nights makes it onto our list as it’s one of the best-known Screamparks in the UK. Now in its seventh year, Dr. Fright’s Halloween Nights offers brand new scare mazes that are inspired by cult horror movies, combined with a cast of scare actors and special effects.

“We would encourage all those who love this amazing Halloween attraction to get behind them and vote.”

The Northamptonshire based attraction is up against the likes of the London Dungeon, the Edinburgh Dungeon and Thorpe Park Resort’s Fright Nights.

To win the award, the scream-park in Earls Barton will need to receive the most votes on the Holiday Lettings website.

Voting ends on October 30, with the attraction receiving the most votes crowned “UK’s Best Halloween Attraction 2016” on the October 31.
