One of the county’s most popular family weekends is taking place at the end of next month.
The Earls Barton Rally and Country Fayre will take place over the bank holiday weekend of August 28, 29 and 30.
Organisers say there will be a variety of new events this year, alongside the usual exhibits.
The country area will have a display of four gipsy caravans and a horse and foal, along with other traditional country exhibits.
There will also be water balls this year which organisers are sure the children will love.
Punch and Judy will be performing and there will also be stilt walking and face painting.
A spokesman said: “We have the Galloping Acrobatics in the ring, we have asked them to perform again this year due to the Monday being cancelled because of rain last year.
“They are certainly worth coming to see.
“We have the usual A-Z of beers, the craft and model tent and many new trade attractions and of course all the vintage vehicles and fairground rides.
“It has been hectic setting up the event but we are all hopeful it will be successful once again.
“All the feedback we had from last year was very positive and we are always willing to listen to people who have ideas which may improve the show.”
