Northamptonshire man pleads guilty to child sex offences
A Northamptonshire man has pleaded guilty to the sexual assault of a child and six counts of making indecent images of children.
Gavin McCarthy, 31, was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at Northampton Crown Court on Friday, September 23.
This follows an investigation by Northamptonshire’s Paedophile On Line Investigation Team (POLIT).
